Article Processing Charges (APC)

Article Processing Charges & Publishing Timeline

Annals of Advanced Clinical Trials and Medicine is a premier, open-access journal committed to the rapid and widespread dissemination of high-quality cancer research. To maintain the highest standards of peer review, production, and global accessibility, we operate under an Article Processing Charge (APC) model. This fee is applied only to accepted manuscripts to cover the costs associated with professional publishing.

We are dedicated to supporting the global research community. Submission and the peer review process are free of charge; the APC is invoiced only upon acceptance.

Transparent APC Structure

Our APC is structured equitably based on the World Bank's country income classifications to support inclusivity and global participation.

What Your APC Covers

Your investment ensures your work receives the highest level of professional support and maximum visibility, including:

  • Rigorous editorial management and peer review coordination
  • Professional copyediting and typesetting
  • DOI assignment and indexing in major academic databases
  • Secure online hosting and long-term digital archiving
  • Global promotion and discoverability of your published article

Waivers and Discounts

We believe in equitable access to publication. Authors without funding support or from low-income countries may apply for a partial waiver of the APC. Our waiver policy aims to reduce barriers to publication for all researchers, regardless of their financial situation.

Withdrawal Policy

To maintain editorial efficiency and respect the valuable time of our editors and reviewers, a withdrawal fee may apply after a certain period. If an author withdraws a manuscript more than 78 hours after submission, a processing fee of 30% of the applicable APC will be charged.
